Customer complaint was leaking. Found unit not leveled pressure switch hose pulled out. Upon running a test also found drain hose in wall not draining fast enough spills out of water/slow wall drain. No parts needed ran several test works normal, only a slow drain issue.

Found another issue - door lock switch not working properly. Verified power going to door lock. Also found cannot access diagnostic settings. Drain pump turns on and stays on for about 4 minutes before shutting off. I explained to customer, also cannot guarantee the door lock will fix the issue. I need to put door lock in to test. Wh10x10006; Ordrng 1 wh10x10006 (door latch), states that autho needed.

Elijah tried everything he could within reason to fix our microwave. It did not happen, but not for lack of his trying. He was professional and friendly.
