Jared
A long time local in South Lake Tahoe, our master technician Jared has been with the company for over 15 years. Factory trained and certified, Jared handles all major makes and models. Customers love his excellent communication skills, and ability to break down exactly what's happening with their appliances. Outside of work, Jared enjoys all of the wonderful outdoor activities provided year round in the Tahoe area.
Shawn
Having lived in Carson City for 25 years, Shawn knows and cares about the greater Carson Valley community. Factory trained and certified, customers love Shawn's expertise, efficiency, and excellent customer service. Outside of work, Shawn can be found fishing in any lake, creek, or river that he can find.

Victoria
When you call for service, Victoria will bring a smile to your face while her kind nature and serving heart will relieve you of stress. Outside of work Victoria has a passion for art, dance, and volleyball. She is currently enrolled at Truckee Meadows Community College.

Leticia
In 1994, Leticia moved to South Lake Tahoe from San Diego to start her own business. Having worked for Sears in the appliance repair department before that, she gained a lot of experience. 29 years later, she still says "I love to help my customers with their appliance repair problems." Outside of work, Leticia likes interior design, hiking, reading and traveling.
