Unit stops at rinse, adds water and sounds like it tries to rebalance. Owner can only get it to finish with a spin cycle. Found bulletin pertaining to this exact issue and this model is a part of this bulletin. The suspension has to be replaced prematurely due to off balance and not finishing cycles. This can cause dc and ue errors. We could attempt to replace these suspension rods but can't guarantee it will work or last. Would need 4x P# DC97-05280W. Also would need specific grease P# 0205-001283.

On the control panel there is an Oven Light button. Pressing this with the door closed will turn the light on. You can open or close the door all you want and the light will stay on all the time. Pressing the button again will turn the light off with the door closed. Then it will turn on or off depending on whether the door is open or closed. The door hinges are definitely bent so the door does not close firmly at the top. This can cause the light to stay on unless you push the door in at the top. The door hinges for this model are either 00425989 or 00425990. Both of these are discontinued. I can't find any stock anywhere. Nothing more I can do without hinges.

Returned with dolly. Uninstalled dryer from top of washer. Reset safety limit inside dryer. Dryer heating now. Found vent completely disconnected from dryer. Connected dryer to vent system with new tubing and clamps. Recommend professional cleaning/inspection before using dryer.
