EI code is a fill error, and hot water was 90% off. Could be an issue with the valve. When I turned it a little, full pressure started. Tested hot and cold, both working normally now. Also ran a spin cycle, and it never reaches full speed. It starts to speed up, but vibrates heavily and clicks and slows down. This unit will never spin clothing properly. Tub out of round, and bearings are failing. Repair for this would be far greater than a new unit. Would need rotor, stator, bearings, and tubs. Reset unit. I did get it to full speed spin, but this won’t be reliable with any type of load in it
