Washer completely uninstalled when I arrived. Replaced drain hose. Installed new fill hoses provided by customer. No warranty on customer-supplied parts. All functions tested ok. Found no leaks at any connections but do not approve of the Y connector used at the cold water faucet. Bumped it while installing the drain hose and it immediately started to leak. No leaks after tightening but they make a special Y hose for installing dryers with steam function. The current fitting is a garden hose connector. Left hot and cold faucets switched off after testing. Locked door and returned key to lock box; used 1 AEM74772904 (DRAIN HOSE ASSM) from stock.

Control failure, fluctuating 53-56 V to drain during all cycles. Diagnostics has an LE code, but that's from unit trying to spin while full of water. Disc pressure sensor and blew into it. Gave code, but no voltage change to pump since it was already trying to run. Unit may also need drain pump, as this could be the cause for this failure, but without replacing controller, no way to know. Also possible the entire wiring harness would be required. Controller p# EBR75857902. The harness EAD62290502 is discontinued. Pump would be a p# 5859EA1004F. With the harness being NLA, this is going to be a job we can't guarantee.

Installed motor. Not sure what's happening here. Wired correctly, belt switch in place, but unit just hums and runs gas like it's running. This is likely why the last motor physically burned. Only option on repairing further would be replacing the entire wiring harness and main controller. Unit will be replaced.

Unit was likely dropped during install. The condenser fan was pressed against compressor. I don't think this fan has run once since it was installed, and if it did, it was misaligned and would’ve been 50-70% useless. Compressor replacement for this model would be approx. Owner will likely replace but will decide.
