Upper spray arm only hits upper drawer when spun by hand. The pressure keeps it low enough that it doesn't hit, but unit has been leaking still. Looks like it leaks from the front of tub. Lowered feet to increase height of the front of unit. Unit was full of soap at time of service. Had to run 4 rinse cycles to remove the soap. This could've been from soap dropping in during test and using it empty, but any oversudsing would cause the water to leak over the front of unit. Will have to use as normal and see how it does.

Control failure, fluctuating 53-56 V to drain during all cycles. Diagnostics has an LE code, but that's from unit trying to spin while full of water. Disc pressure sensor and blew into it. Gave code, but no voltage change to pump since it was already trying to run. Unit may also need drain pump, as this could be the cause for this failure, but without replacing controller, no way to know. Also possible the entire wiring harness would be required. Controller p# EBR75857902. The harness EAD62290502 is discontinued. Pump would be a p# 5859EA1004F. With the harness being NLA, this is going to be a job we can't guarantee.

Motor or timer issue. Very bizarre operation intermittently. Unit will very slow agitate, then suddenly fast agitate like normal, make a loud squeak noise, then start agitating like it shouldn't and causes the machine to slam into the sides. This is with an empty tub. Suspension is worn, but new suspension isn't going to correct this. Service bulletin pertaining to fuse link on motor. Our recommendation currently would be only replacing the motor, but with unit needing suspension, a new belt, and possibly a timer, it may not be worth repairing this unit. The timer is extremely loud, advances as normal, but surprisingly.

Good frost pattern on both fridge and freezer. Mechanical thermometers may be giving a bad reading. Fresh food was 32-34 degrees at time of service when set to 34. Freezer was reading -18 but was only 0. Found it in Celsius, which is actually 0 degrees F. Turned ice maker on and it filled. Allow 24 hours for normal ice production. Units should be ready to use.
