Since new, customer had issues with fridge section light cover and control panel being loose. Also could not get a response from any of the setting buttons. Found loose connector to touch panel. Working normal after resetting. If any more trouble, would recommend replacing the control panel and cover. According to Subzero, these parts are no longer under warranty.
