Unit half full of water at time of service. Ran a spin-only cycle, and it drained half of the water and started spinning. Stopped cycle and repeated twice to get it to drain fully. This model has no diagnostics or error code memory. Ran a spin cycle empty, but sounds terrible. Unit won't get to full speed spin because too much resistance on tub. It tries, then clutch hammers and stops. Never gave a code. Only repair for this would be replacing inner tub p#DC90-27205D and gearcase p#DC97-18439B and suspension which is sold individually. p#DC97-16350U each. Would need 4.

Was able to get dishwasher to leak when testing. Splashes a little water out from under the door every time the wash motor starts spraying. No damage to the door. Only things of interest I could find was that the dishwasher is tipped forward as it does not really fit in the cabinets. Could not correct this. Also the plastic tub is sagging in the front/middle. Cleaned the underside of the door and the sump filter. Tested a couple more times and it did not leak. If it continues to be an issue there are no parts I can recommend replacing.

Agitator completely stripped and bolt stuck to gearcase splines. If able to remove this bolt, would need agitator P#285565 and new bolt P#W10772621. There is a chance the top of gearcase breaks when removing this bolt as well.

Double Monogram. Fridge side dead, zero power to unit. Unable to test outlet behind unit, but the problem is likely with one of the outlets in the kitchen; they’re all temporarily missing. Did find breaker for freezer, but had no effect on fresh food side. Once outlets are installed, guessing power will come back to the fridge, but would require an electrician to diagnose further.

Installed listed parts. Ice maker cycled immediately, but won’t know if it overfills for 48 hours. Installed both cams, much better, but doesn’t close from a full open. This isn’t really designed for that, but the closing cams for fresh food were ground down flat. Use as normal.

Replaced fuse for microwave, which controls entire unit. Found no reason for this failure. Door switches are most likely, but all are fine. If problem reoccurs, would replace all door switches. Also for oven, the temps are off. Would need to replace temp sensor before anything else can be tested. Part # DG32-00004C; used 1 WPM0805102 (FUSE, 20A) from stock; ordered 1 DG32-00004C.

Right oven doesn't close. Feels like a spring is missing, but its not. This is the commercial style with no adjustment on these.
