Unit was drained and completely empty at time of service. Inspected tub to drain hose. It's clear. So is drain. Impellor feels normal. Filled twice and drains perfectly. Found stored codes ER13 for drain and DR10-13 for door lock and drain. Found several threads about the door lock causing intermittent problems. Sometimes this washer stops when full of water, but during test, full speed spin and drain were fine. Can only recommend replacing door lock at this time and can't really guarantee this is the solution. Would need p#00497391 which is NLA. Going to research for part, but if owner can find, we would install.

Unit half full of water at time of service. Ran a spin-only cycle, and it drained half of the water and started spinning. Stopped cycle and repeated twice to get it to drain fully. This model has no diagnostics or error code memory. Ran a spin cycle empty, but sounds terrible. Unit won't get to full speed spin because too much resistance on tub. It tries, then clutch hammers and stops. Never gave a code. Only repair for this would be replacing inner tub p#DC90-27205D and gearcase p#DC97-18439B and suspension which is sold individually. p#DC97-16350U each. Would need 4.

Only things of interest I could find was that the dishwasher is tipped forward as it does not really fit in the cabinets. Could not correct this. Also the plastic tub is sagging in the front/middle. Cleaned the underside of the door and the sump filter. Tested a couple more times and it did not leak. If it continues to be an issue there are no parts I can recommend replacing.

Surface burners all work normal. Broil flame looks great. Bake burner has a lazy flame. Only has an air adjustment which made no change in any position. Would recommend trying to get a hold of someone at Forno and seeing if they are able to provide a high altitude bake orifice. We do not have a phone number for Forno and it looks like their only contact is through a support form on their website. Customer to try and contact them. Can install parts if they are able to send them.

Unit had given dE error for owner, which is door open error. At time of service, it was stuck draining, would run for a few minutes, stop, then continue draining. The instant I unplugged pressure hose from sensor, it filled. Found no holes or clogs in pressure hose. Blew through just fine, reconnected hose, and now overfilling. Ran drain, but found the impeller broken on drain. Unit would need pressure sensor and drain before unit can be further tested; ordrd 1 6601ER1006E (Pressure switch) and 1 4681EA2001T (Drain)

Unit sounds okay during weight check, but as soon as it starts to spin fast or agitate you can hear the bearings. The tub is vibrating heavily and dragging. Only repair for this would be replacing the entire inner and outer tub assembly. A new washer is the best option as these parts would cost over 1300 in just parts. This was caused from normal wear and tear.
