Dispenser was leaking, mostly internally unless large loads are run. Found bottom section of dispenser not snapped in and hanging. This would have caused leaks. Wiped up evidence of leaks, reinserted dispenser after cleaning it out and positioned bellow spring to the bottom of door. The water running down the bottom of door was actually from dispenser, not the bellow itself. Will have to use as normal. This has been a problem with these in the past, where the entire dispenser assembly has to be replaced; part number WH42X29535

F0E1, load in washer during clean. F8E1, long fill. Cleared error codes, ran diagnostics. Test 012 runs a full mini test which includes a full speed spin. When it starts speeding up, it gets off balance and slows down, tries this a few times before shutting itself down. Tub is slightly out of round. Only repair for this would be replacing the entire spin basket and outer tub assembly. I did find a portion of the bellow that was disconnected and rubbing against tub; reconnected, but made no difference. Unit will not spin full speed anymore.

Complaint is that it doesn't drain. Unit does drain but isn't completing cycles. I started a rinse and spin cycle and it ended about 5 minutes in. I was able to duplicate this; it just stops and ends while washing 5 minutes into the cycle. Had owner download app and attempt an update. Ran diagnostics and pulled codes: code 38 for damper failure, 26-3 locked rotor, 33 inverter fault, 39 damper failure, 91 UI main board heartbeat timeout, 57 door lock fault while water high. Unit reset on me while pulling codes. Unit will need main board p# WH22X37840 and inverter p# WH22X38837 if owner unable to fix anything with the software update. Also, this machine is only 2 years old; worth checking if it's under extended warranty.

Screen inside cold side water inlet valve clogged. Not serviceable but scraped sediment off screen. Much better water pressure now but still recommend replacing valve and fill hoses for maintenance purposes. Ordering 1 285805* (water valve) and 1 Fill hose set (Fill hose set).

Washer had F7E1 error again for tub speed sensor. Gave some instructions for a few test loads of laundry. Could not get it to malfunction during testing. Customer to call back if it gets worse or permanently breaks. May recommend replacing the main control.

Replaced bake ignitor. Oven heating now. Both R side burners have very weak spark. Would recommend replacing both R side ignitors and the spark module. The ignitors were part # EAD60700521 and the module was EBJ60659901. Neither of these part numbers are still in production; might be able to find an alternative module but the ignitors are model specific and a universal would not be an option. Used 1 5303935066 (IGNITOR, OVEN) from stock.
