Lights dim. There's a service bulletin I copied the bulletin directly into work order. Technical Service Pointer #: W11606409 Rev E Action Required: Mandatory Release Date: August 2022. S-code S84638 covers the cost of 12 replacement lights and labor. Order 4 kits per unit. The quality improvement is a direct replacement with better illumination patterns, color temperature, and brightness. Important: Replace all original single-point LEDs in the product with the new multipoint LEDs, kit part number W11632139, each kit contains 3 LEDs. This bulletin claims whirlpool will cover the cost of lights and labor. Owner will have to contact whirlpool to find out how accurate this is. They may cover it, but may have to send their own people to complete the repair. For us to do it, it would need 4x p# W11632139.
