"Unit giving f3e1 error at time of service. (Wash spin done) flash with lid lock, then done flashes. f3e1 is not in the diagnostics, but for a different machine I see it's for a water pressure issue. Attempted many times to run service mode on unit, but only makes a loud humming noise while powering the motor. I tried hand spinning motor the 4th time, and it started to spin and put a splash of water in, locked the lid, then gave the same f3e1 error code thats not in diagnostics. Only way to take it out of this error mode is to unplug and replug machine. Diagnostics will not even start. Door did unlock on its own, also found oil leaking from motor capacitor. Will need to replace p#W11395618 before unit can be further tested, may be issues with motor and controller, but must replace this capacitor first.. total after; ordrd 1 W11395618."

"Bin level set too high especially when not in heavy use. Turned knob down, also cubes a bit too large. Made slight adjustment to cube size thermostat. These units are not designed to be left on when not in daily use. Recommend turning ice maker off and emptying/cleaning bin when it's going to sit without being used."
