When I arrived, found fridge lights not coming on; no fans or compressor running. Unable to reset through service mode. Cycled power off for about 5 minutes. After turning back on, all components powered up in service mode. Was able to reset the main control. Compressor running now. Allow to run for up to 24 hrs. If everything returns to normal, would just need to replace the fridge section fan, which is loud. If not cooling still, would need to replace the main control and FF fan. 45-50% frost at time of service. Evacuated; charged with 9 oz 134a. Waited for full frost pattern; still only about 50% frost. Unit would need full sealed system replacement, which at this age, would be impossible. Sub-Zero no longer recommends this repair; parts are not compatible.

Replaced both lower drum supports. Added a screw to the heater tube as it is rattling slightly. The heater tube rattle is not causing any damage. If it gets worse, the only option would be to replace the heater tube; used 2 DE16782E (Drum Roller) from stock.

Found upon arrival that the oven has no error codes. Played with buttons to try to create an issue, but everything works normally. The only thing found was a 50-page reading on the display when there should only be three pages per what is selected. Happened only once. If this happens again, recommend ordering the UI board. W10811884 UI part.
