When calling for water, ice maker fills at the same time. Wires are not crossed or miswired. Found UI panel at the top right corner to be loose. After pressing on it, the lights on UI would change, and now the unit is working as normal. Owner will try to glue this corner of the UI back down. If the issue happens again, we would need to replace the UI panel with ribbon wire (not the board). This part is NLA. P#241973817. Hopefully, this will last. If the problem returns, we can inspect the wiring, but this could worsen the situation.

Tub bearings, drain, and wash cycles all sound good. Unit is clearly overfilling. With an empty tub on quick wash, it filled the tub up to 50-55%, which should be much less. Unit has been making banging sounds during wash and spin; I think this is due to being completely full of water. No diagnostic mode on this model. Only code owner was aware of was an out-of-balance code. Unit does sound good once it's empty. Can only recommend replacing pressure sensor and sensor hose at this time. Sensor comes as a kit P# DC96-01703C. Unit will need this part before it can be further diagnosed; ordered 1 DC96-01703C.

Stuck relay on main control. After running for a minute, no longer stuck. Ran 6+ times with cups of water. Unit heating and running normal now. No way of knowing how long it will last like this. If happens again, would need to replace the control.

Unit hadn't been defrosting. Owner has defrosted several times, and broke this heater during a defrost. Heater glass was broken, but element was fine. Owner already replaced heater. Control board will need to be replaced. P#wr55x40448 which subs to wr55x46945 owner will order and replace this part; used 1 wr51x10108 from stock.
