"Front panel is broken, it fell off at some point and pulled part of the ribbon wire out. Reconnected, and replaced with bigger screws to help hold frame on. Also ran clear tape up both sides and top. Frame doesnt move at all now. use as normal."

"Unit flashing clean 7 times at time of service, also door is a little difficult to latch. cleaned chopper assm, which may have caused the error. Will need to use as normal and see how it does. Heater tested okay, so if problem returns, may need the main controller and heat circuit. As far as the door closing, the unit would need both hinges and inner door panel to permanantly repair this. I was able to adjust feet and latch for now. But may get worse in the future."
