Unit working as normal. Heating and drying well. There was a load of dry towels inside at time of service. Vent may need to be cleaned, but dryer is pulling air. Vent outside is normal. As far as the noise, theres just a few things vibrating on the unit, but installing a maintenance kit wont make any difference for this. It's possible the idler is squeeling, but just didnt happen at time of service. Owner sent a video of the noise, and it just sounds kind of loud, which couldve been from overheating. The position of the dryer I think before I arrived was smashed against the wall. Had to slide the dryer over to left so vent lines up properly. Use as normal.

Bent heater bracket back down, I believe something got caught in tub and caused this bracket and pulled it up towards tub. Will need to use as normal. If problem persists, I asked if they could try and get a video of the issue.

After inspecting the ice maker it started working. Allow 24hrs for normal ice production. Anymore trouble, would recommend replacing the ice maker. Will check with customer in am.
