Washer tested ok at time of service. Possible an out of balance during spray rinse issue. Leveled washer and replaced belt which was pretty worn out. This should help but washer is a stack unit on a soft linoleum floor so may go out of balance easily. Do not overload. Also tested dryer. Sounds normal and is heating. Unit doesnt have a stored error memory, and no codes have been given to the owenrs knowledge. Ran diagnostics 3 times, trying to get the pump to fail. The only issue i found was the unit over filling every time, water would stop at the bottom of the door. Also the suds were a little heavy after each run. If the machine detects suds or overfill, it will continue to attempt to remove them until the sensor is satisfied. Currently, my only recommendation would be the pressure sensor. Cleared bellow ports, which can have an affect on certain models.

Unit unresponsive with locked door at time of service. Forced unlocked locks, and unit would get into pulsing spin, but nothing else, no drain, no fill. Unit would need main controller and door locks before unit can be further tested left and right lock, and controller are NLA. This failure was caused from normal wear and tear."

Belt and and transmission are failing. Trans has leaked oil onto belt, so its slipping during spin. Also tub has been eating into bottom of cabinet. No repair for this really other than repalcing the entire trans and tub assm for this model. Also drain pump is weak, only flowing about 50%, so during spin, the centrifugal force throws water over the top of tub. Bearings are also a bit noisey during spin, the tub assm repalcement would correct this. There is no tub assm kit for this each part would have to be purchased seperatly.

Fridge fan failed. Not turning at all. Replaced fan. Ok now. Reset controls. Allow 24hrs for normal temps. Tightened both door handles. Also found ice maker is failed. Will not initiate harvest cycle. Ice maker could be replaced at any time in the future if desired.; used 1 5303918549 (MOTOR, FAN) from stock
