No service bulletin for this issue. Unit is definitely overheating on all 4 burners. When turned to low, they slowly continue increasing in temperature. Front right burners exceeded 550 degrees before testing was stopped, and the rear burners did the same, reaching 300 degrees before being turned off. Do not recommend attempting repairs on this 2-year-old unit, as it has had this issue since day one. Could attempt replacing all 4 burners and switches, but this would likely cost more than a new unit. Unit is so new there is not even a parts breakdown available. Highly recommend contacting Samsung to see what they can do, even though the unit is no longer under warranty.

Upper rack spray nozzle holder broken off the top of the tub. These pieces are spot welded together at the factory, and there is no way to repair. Was able to snap the water manifold back into place, so the mid spray arm and water pressure should work better now. Also a chance there is an issue with the water heating. Reset control. Per owner, dishwasher has given an E22 error and not completed the cycle properly. All basic functions tested ok. Ran dishwasher through entire cycle while checking other appliances in the complex. Stopped back by and the cycle had completed with no errors. Have seen this brand dishwasher have intermittent problems generating this error. Owner going to use as normal. If this same error comes back, there might not be much I can recommend other than calling Thermador directly.

No gas to unit at time of service. Gas was on. Flipped regulator to LP and back to natural, and now it is working. Plumbing work was done recently, so pressure testing may have been performed without turning the oven off first. Possibly needs regulator, but will have to see how it performs. If problem returns, likely return with regulator.

Replaced door latch. Dishwasher runs now. Ran through all service mode tests. All functions tested okay, including the heat cycle, but that does not necessarily mean it will work at the end of a full normal cycle if there is an issue with the main control board. Try a couple loads of dishes. If still not drying properly, would be an additional replacement of the main control. Used 1 WD21X10490 (DOOR LATCH) from stock.
