"Unit still giving E01 code approx 20 mins into cycle. I had them start a cycle 15 mins before I arrived, unit still running, and water heated to only 96 degrees. The water entering machine is at 92 degrees, the water is not heating. The diagnostics are pretty straight forward for this. E01 = 'faulty pump relay' the only solution for this is to 'replace power module'. Ran diagnostics, and had E11 stored code, E01, and E32.. E11 is for the heater NTC, and E32 isnt in the diagnostics at all. Would need to replace the heat pump p# 00705174; ordrd 1 1."
