Nearly brand new unit. This unit runs bake from the convection. Unit has no lower bake assm. Unit did heat, and heated to correct temp. Took just under 13 minutes to heat to 350. Theres not much we can recommend for this, as replacing parts wont really have any affect on the function. After attempting to heat oven to 550, it does take quite awhile for it to heat up past 420, but its because its just leaking from the vet which is the design of this unit. I recommmend calling LG and complaining they cant cook on this model, maybe LG will help out with a new product.

-5 in freeze, 75 in fresh food. No codes. Found both evaps have nice frost pattern, normal defrosting. Neither fan is running, both are getting slow DC voltage from 1 v to 9 volt before it drops off. Per diagnostics, should have 13 volts. And per diagnotics, need to replace both fans p#3015924900 and p#60159-0006500-01 which will difficult to find. This machine is made by daewoo. and main PCB p#40301-0063403-01 also out of stock, and shows NLA. Will be hard to find. If owner can contact manufacturer and get these parts, we would install. Unit may work temporarily after todays reset. It was in the middle of a defrost when leaving.

Leaking at dispenser in a bizarre way, no soap blocking anything, but the water wicks out of the front bottom of the blue feeder tray, even with an extreme slope on the front. Can only recommend replacing entire dispenser assm. p#WH42X29535.

Ran diagnotics, this model doesnt store any codes. No lights flashing at time of service, but after running full diagnostics, it should end with heat, and the heater never came on. Per diagnostics, since thermistor tested okay, this model would need new heater p# 8194200 , limit, and controller p#8528874. And they've actually stopped making the heater kit and controller for this.

Stored codes 0010 - FZ ice maker thermistor out of range. This unit doesn't even have a FZ ice maker, just a FF ice maker, cleared codes, ran all ice maker tests and dispenser tests, could never get the rear inlet to get power to send to the front inlets. Not until running full ice maker cycle test, it started working. Will need to use as normal. Hopefuly this was just a fluke thing. Ice maker filled, should produce in 6 hours.
