Unit had 2 stored errors for long drain and over filling. These could be old errors. They can also mean it really is having trouble draining or also could mean not sensing the water level properly. If anymore issues, would recommend replacing the drain pump under warranty. That might not fix it though and it would need the water level sensor replaced. That part is NOT covered by the pump repair warranty and the dryer would have to be removed of the top of the washer to access the water sensor. Removed pump filter and found a nail file in it. Possible it was blocking the drain. Cleared stored error codes.

Customer had breaker off. Partially trips immediately after turning on. Unplugged range and reset breaker a few times. Confirmed 240v at outlet. N and GND appear wired correctly. Found no shorts to ground in range wiring. Plugged range in and breaker did not trip again while I was at house. Did find flaky cooling fan thermostat. Recommend replacing that part. Could not find any other issues. Customer reported breaker tripped again a little while after I left. Recommend having electrician test range breaker and plug. Need to call Z-Line in the morning to confirm the part # but looks like the fan thermo is available. Will try to have part shipped so that I can return on the 28th

Not defrosting due to failed defrost heater. Replaced heater. Cleared all ice build up by hand. Allow 24 hrs for normal temps. Also a few broken shelves and the water has to be left off due to failed water inlet valve. Used WR51X10055 element defrost from stock.
