Should've repalced the defrost thermistor with this board, but didn't. Will need p#WR55X10025 and will warranty defrost limit at same time; ordrd 1 WR55X10025

Unsure where the noise came from. Frost pattern, fans, and defrost components all working as normal. Temps are perfect. Use as normal.

Unit working as normal at time of service. Not overheating, and can't get motor to malfunction. Had owner run this for 15 mins before I arrived. Curious if the timer still advances when it stops. Owner will pay attention to this if it reoccurs. She will also get a picture of where the timer stops. In case its stopping at the same place. Use as normal. I will schedule this for 2 weeks from now just to talk to her about it.

Hot water was off at time of service, but doesnt sound like that was the issue. Will need to see how it does after this. Owner will take pics of any error codes that may come up. This unit has no history of it, or diagnostic mode. Sounds like the unit has been stuck in locked position beffore after a load for awhile. This could be normal, but may be caused from failing door lock, pressure sensor, wiring, or main control. Hoping the water was the issue, but will need to use as normal."

Suspension worn, tub is resting lower than it should be even empty, and the upper wash ring is catching on the backpanel and breaking pieces off. Will need p#W10780048 and p#WPW10215107.
