Multiple terminals burnt off large oven bake element. Repaired wiring as best as possible. Replaced element with new part provided by customer. Oven tested okay to 350. Large oven door hinges bent. Door not closing firmly.

Replaced drain pump. Filled up and drained out multiple times. Tested okay.

Inspected air gap. Use as normal. If more trouble draining, would recommend replacing the drain pump.

Drain pump is either the original, not a factory part, or failed instantly. Brown water dripped out of pump motor when removed. Recommend replacing pump. If still error after trying a new pump, would need to replace the control board. Will bring both parts and return whichever is not needed. Ordering 1 00631200 (Pump).

Not draining error. Pump just humming. Removed debris from pump impeller. Tested okay. If any more trouble, would need pump, sump, and drain hose replaced. Customer had unit uninstalled. They are going to reinstall.
