Fridge not turned on. Unable to 100% diagnose all issues. Will need to see fridge after it has been running for at least a few days. Possible it's low on refrigerant or just an issue with the upper drain tube causing the dripping/leak. Did find the upper fan motor needs to be replaced. If all that needs to be done is to replace the fan and drain tube; ordering 1 4220801 (Fan motor) and 1 1601400 (Drain tube).

Piece that came off is just a stiffening plate that goes under the washer top near the lid opening. There is no way to secure this back on so it won't fall off again nor is it really necessary. Not sure I could even order the pieces and make it work with new parts.
