Our service call and diagnosis fee starts at $139 and can vary by location and brand. That covers the trip to your home and a complete diagnosis of the unit regardless of how long it takes. Parts and labor are extra if needed; labor is calculated on a national flat-rate guide, and we quote the full repair before any work begins.
Is your work guaranteed?+
Customer satisfaction is our top concern and we stand behind our work. We install OEM parts only, so parts carry the manufacturer’s warranty. Our repair warranty applies when you pay us directly for the repair; it is single-family-home use and does not cover food loss or loss of use.
Can you come when I am not home?+
Of course. Many of our customers are busy or out of the area. We are happy to work from a lockbox or with your property manager and keep you updated the whole way.

Unit starts, locks unlocks, and relocks, unlocks, relocks. Then finally starts, and this isnt the same every time. Ran a normal cycle, and unit filled water past the door. Canceled and drained, pulled fault codes. Has a door lock error, E2, FC1, for UI inverter comm error, FA for water level sensor error. Ran a T06 test, for fills until overfull and drains, but unit never stopped filling. I wouldnt let it get past the door for concerns of flooding. The unit thought it was less than halfway full. With the errors that this unit is having, its going to need main P# WH18X28357, pressure switch P# WH12X27815, inverter P# WH18X28358, door lock P# WH01X28354, and wiring harness P# WH19X28337. This was a common issue under warranty with these a few years ago. We dont guarantee very many repairs on this model, and this is going to be one of them. Replacing the electronics on this machine has notoriously had issues afterwards, and we would recommend calling GE if any further issues after the repair
