Model and serial tags are gone, but they still have the paperwork with generic model. The timer is NLA on this. Will just advance manually 1 click if they need to do perm press.

I feel absolutely GOUGED AND RIPPED OFF! I was charged almost $200 for a service call to Incline village. It took Shawn maybe 15 minutes max to replace the igniter. When I saw the details of the bill (which I received online AFTER Shawn left) I found out that the service call charge did not include any labor, and i was charged ANOTHER $90 for maybe 15 minutes work to install a $60 part and confirm that the over started when turned on. I will NEVER refer anyone to your firm. And that is inspite of the fact that Shawn was both competent and personable. NEVER AGAIN!
Hi Jim. I'm so sorry you feel that way about our charges. We don't charge by the hour for a job, but instead we use a national pricing guide that tells us how much to charge for a particular job. This allows us to be fair to the technician who might get the work done much faster than other techs can, and it keeps us in the price range of most other companies. We also try to communicate our prices clearly before proceeding with any work. We're glad to hear that Shawn was capable and competent, and that he got your appliance working again.
