Found physically broken shifter lever on actuator. Found no reason for this. Splutch assm shifts easily. I did find oil on transmission, but this is pretty normal. Could only recommend replacing transmission P# W11454734 and splutch assm P# W10721967 if this were to reoccur. Used 1 W11481722 from stock.

About 2% frost pattern. Unit is likely low on refrigerant and has had a leak since it was manufactured. A leak that takes 2.5-3 years to reach this point is too small to reasonably find and repair, especially in a customer's home. Recommend replacement. If the leak is in the cabinet walls or factory-pressed tubing connections, it would be impossible to repair even if found.

No service bulletin for this issue. Unit is definitely overheating on all 4 burners. When turned to low, they slowly continue increasing in temperature. Front right burners exceeded 550 degrees before testing was stopped, and the rear burners did the same, reaching 300 degrees before being turned off. Do not recommend attempting repairs on this 2-year-old unit, as it has had this issue since day one. Could attempt replacing all 4 burners and switches, but this would likely cost more than a new unit. Unit is so new there is not even a parts breakdown available. Highly recommend contacting Samsung to see what they can do, even though the unit is no longer under warranty.
