Needs rollers. One rear and one front are failing. Will have to replace all 4. Installed parts, tested okay; used 2 DE10755 Drum Roller Set from stock.

Freezer was working, fridge was not. Another company came out and changed some parts, now nothing runs. No power to inverters. They changed main board and UI board with no changes, then gave up. Reinstalled old main board with no effect. Ran diagnostics but nothing runs except condenser fan and evaporator fans. Diagnostic flow chart recommends replacing main, but this has not worked. Recommend calling manufacturer for repairs. Only attempt would be replacing every related part including wiring harness with no guarantee. If sealed system issue remains, we would not tap into the system. Only option is calling Thermador.

Installed listed part, tested okay. Programmed for 6.

No defrost. Will need full manual defrost, limit p#5304521781 and controller p#5304508230; ordrd 1 5304521781 and 1 5304508230. They will unplug unit for 48 hours with door open and hopefully will work until we return.

Stored faults - 43 failed inverter, 39 vent damper, 18 drain pump failed, 38 vent damper, 26 out of balance. Drain pump only chatters like a bad wiring harness or bad pump but not getting steady voltage, getting fluctuating voltage 50-90 V so pump turns on but does not stay on. Also damper does not move. Wiring diagram shows the damper and drain sharing same connector at board. Connector is fine. Can only recommend replacing main board at this time but no way to guarantee this is all it needs as this is a new issue with this unit. Main board P# WH22X37840; ordrd 1 WH22X37840 (main).
