Unit would only display zero at time of vice with zero function. Reset breaker, now turns on and heats, and functions work, but the turntable turns when the door is opened. This unit probably shouldn't be ran in the meantime to protect breaker, fuse, and controller. A micro door switch has failed. Will need new door assm kit p#wb02x21787 and all 3 switches p#wb24x25397 and 2x p#wb24x10047; Ordrd 1 wb02x21787 and 2 wb24x10047s and 1 wb24x25397.

Stored codes f96 for no water or failed turb sensor. And f128 for low rinse aid. Unit may have disabled heater after the f96 error. Ran full diagnostics, all is working as normal, including the heater. Will need to add rinse aid, and see if problem returns.

Defrost drain frozen. Cleared all ice build up. Flushed drain. Should stop dripping after 24-48 hours but could happen again in the future. No parts I can recommend replacing. Common issue for this style whirlpool fridge.

Installed owner provided knob for center post. No trick, just had to pull hard. Understandable why they thought it was going to break. Very very tight.

Drain was clogged with lint debris and some rubber backing from a rug. I recommend getting rid of this rug, and taking all rugs to laundrymat. Cleared and flushed drain. Tested drain and spin cycle, working as normal.
