Water tank frozen. Damper at meat drawer was open; closed this, but temperatures are still too cold for the thermostat being set to 3. 9 is coldest. Drain needs to be cleared and possibly replaced. Owner ordered thermostat. OEM are NLA. Part number: WR9X499. Scheduling for Monday. Scheduled next appointment for 1/20.

My Fridge was making a loud humming sound. Of course the fridge stopped humming when Shawn arrived. Shawn was professional and did everything he could to try and figure it out. Unfortunately he was unable but said he would come back if and when it started making the humming noise without having to pay for an additional service call. I have been using Pioneer since I moved into my house 24 years ago. Wouldn't use anybody else.
