How much does a service call cost?+
Our service call and diagnosis fee starts at $139 and can vary by location and brand. That covers the trip to your home and a complete diagnosis of the unit regardless of how long it takes. Parts and labor are extra if needed; labor is calculated on a national flat-rate guide, and we quote the full repair before any work begins.
Is your work guaranteed?+
Customer satisfaction is our top concern and we stand behind our work. We install OEM parts only, so parts carry the manufacturer’s warranty. Our repair warranty applies when you pay us directly for the repair; it is single-family-home use and does not cover food loss or loss of use.
Can you come when I am not home?+
Of course. Many of our customers are busy or out of the area. We are happy to work from a lockbox or with your property manager and keep you updated the whole way.

Looks to be a mini commercial off brand unit. Unit is working, but not draining. This is a gravity drain model, hose must run downhill only, but hose goes to floor before getting to drain. Looks like some wall work was done recently and possible they made the hole too low on the wall. Will need to have this corrected. This would be out of our hands

Unit completely full of water, and GFCI tripped behind unit at time of service. Reset and found failed drain pump. Likely got hot, pulled too many amps, and tripped outlet. Will need drain pump P# 5304483444 before unit can be further tested. Ordering 1 5304483444

No bake, broil or any function for large right oven. DSI spark style, no spark to right oven, left oven working fine. Adjusted air intake on burner tube for griddle, working normally now. Only issue left for cooktop is the rear center left burner. Weak spark is being lost under the top, but occasionally works normally. Possibly will need new spark module P# 00189010, which is NLA and will be hard to find. Igniter P# 00189324 for the oven. There is a very good chance we just need to reset limit on the rear of unit. This will need to be tested before any parts can be ordered for the oven. Used 1 00189324 from stock.

Bake and broil elem working, same with cooling fan. But temps off. Set to 350, only going to 275-285. Will need relay board P# 486792, which subs to P# 00702450 and temp sensor P# 414152. No OEM or new parts are available for this, only used parts, which wouldnt be worth the risk.
