Customer satisfaction is our top concern and we stand behind our work. We install OEM parts only, so parts carry the manufacturer’s warranty. Our repair warranty applies when you pay us directly for the repair; it is single-family-home use and does not cover food loss or loss of use.

Temperatures were normal in both the refrigerator and freezer upon arrival. No signs of ice buildup or leaking. Water supply to the house was turned off. Ice bin contained normal cubes with no signs of melting. Turned water supply on and tested the ice maker. Ice maker operated properly, then was turned off at the control panel. The ice maker should not be left on without a water supply. When the house is occupied again, turn the ice maker on and allow 24 hours for ice production. If leaking occurs, take a picture and send it to us. Turned the water supply off before leaving.
