Parts and labor are extra if needed; labor is calculated on a national flat-rate guide, and we quote the full repair before any work begins.
Is your work guaranteed?+
Customer satisfaction is our top concern and we stand behind our work. We install OEM parts only, so parts carry the manufacturer’s warranty. Our repair warranty applies when you pay us directly for the repair; it is single-family-home use and does not cover food loss or loss of use.

Reinstalled belt. If problems continue, unit will need idler and belt. Tested okay. Drum was replaced under warranty a few months ago and idler looks brand new. Possible belt was installed upside down or not properly positioned on drum. No clear reason for failure. Use as normal.
