Found multiple pieces of broken glass in the drain system. Looks like that's what broke the pump fins. Replaced pump and hose. Reset unit through diagnostic mode. All functions tested ok

Temps normal. Unit likely needs freezer fan, main control, and ice maker. Customer to monitor next time they are at the house. Recommend leaving ice maker off when house is not in use.

Dryer running and heating. Did find rodents have been chewing the sheathing off wires inside the dryer. Recommend replacing the wiring harness but that part is discontinued.
