Unit's not defrosting. Due to age, I broke a plastic clip that holds light lens in place on the right side while gaining access to defrost timer. This part is NLA. Owner was very upset about this and mentioned how she was going to lose sleep. The part affects nothing functionally or cosmetically; but she's still going to lose sleep. We had a brief conversation about all the other cosmetic issues the unit has due to age. I've determined I'm unable to help in any way with this unit
