"Nothing wrong with pump or motor. Drains fine, and sounds normal during wash. The problem is that the lower wash arm has been melted, and rubs when it turns.. need to order lower spray arm."

"Unit heating at time of service. Ran full diagnostics, unit only heating to 210 on highest setting, as normal. All sensors checked okay, I pulled unit out to help the unit vent a little better, but pulling air good from inside of dryer, use as normal."
