During the service call, Sean was able to efficiently diagnose the problem we were having with our washer. He told us when he could return and what the estimated cost of the part would be. That day he called ahead to set up his two hour window. He showed up well within that window and very efficiently repaired our washer, which is functioning well now it was well worth the price and we would certainly use Pioneer appliance repair in the future.
