Water tank frozen. Damper at meat drawer was open; closed this, but temperatures are still too cold for the thermostat being set to 3. 9 is coldest. Drain needs to be cleared and possibly replaced. Owner ordered thermostat. OEM are NLA. Part number: WR9X499. Scheduling for Monday. Scheduled next appointment for 1/20.

Installed new suspension. Now it is leaning forward worse than ever. Suspension rods are in the correct place. Will order another set of rears and install them under warranty on the front. If no change, will swap front and rear. This should not be used in the meantime. Ordered 2 part numbers 5304536279.

Installed listed parts; tested okay. Ran several 30-second cycles; tested okay. Still no burn spots in the cabinet, just some black carbon buildup that wiped right off. Use as normal. Used 1 part number 10001590 from stock.

Tub out of round; will not spin full speed; shuts down even during diagnostics and tries to restart even with an empty tub. Stored codes are irrelevant for door open and buttons held down. Unit will probably be useless without an entire tub and bearing assembly replacement. This unit is 14 years old and is the oldest Samsung washer observed.

Replaced failed igniter; tested okay. Used 1 5303935066 (Ignitor, Oven) from stock.
